Common questions

How do I cancel Houston Pro?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled on the device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Houston → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

I paid, but Pro is not active

Open Houston, go to Menu → Restore purchases and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Restoring never charges you again. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the purchase date.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Inside the app: Menu → Delete my account. That removes the data linked to your account from our active systems, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your Apple settings as well.

My reminders are not arriving

Check Settings → Notifications → Houston (allow notifications, sounds and Time Sensitive alerts), make sure Focus modes are not silencing the app, and keep Background App Refresh enabled. Reminders depend on the device and the operating system, so avoid using them as the only safeguard for critical commitments.

The AI assistant got something wrong

It happens: dates, times and names can be misread. Always double-check important entries. Send us the phrase you used and what you expected — that is what makes the assistant better.
